Account Deletion for Contract Terminal

Contract Terminal is operated by Precision Decision LLC. This page explains the account-deletion behavior currently implemented in the Contract Terminal app.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion from inside the app:
- Sign in to the Contract Terminal account you want to delete.
- Open the Account page.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the browser prompt.
After the request is submitted, the app clears the local sign-in session and redirects to the sign-in/account screen with a deletion status message.
If you cannot access the account, contact Precision Decision LLC at admin@precisiondecisionllc.com.
What Deletion Removes
The current account-deletion flow removes account-associated records from the local application data stores, including:
- the local user account record;
- local sign-in provider links;
- usage records and analysis-count records;
- entitlement records;
- saved watchlists, watchlist symbols, and watchlist alerts;
- recommendation and support submissions associated with the account.
If the account is linked to an upstream authentication user and backend deletion is configured, the app also attempts to delete that upstream authentication user.
If the account used Apple sign-in and a revocable Apple provider link is available and configured, the app attempts to revoke the associated Apple sign-in access.
Local-Only or Partial Deletion Results
If upstream provider deletion is not configured or fails, the app may still complete local deletion and show a status indicating that upstream deletion was not completed. In that case, contact Precision Decision LLC at admin@precisiondecisionllc.com if you need follow-up.
What Deletion May Not Remove
Account deletion may not remove:
- public or official event-source records that are not personal account records;
- source-provider records controlled by external providers;
- payment-provider or app-store records, if paid purchases are enabled later;
- server logs, security records, backups, diagnostic records, legal records, or records retained for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance, or security;
- information that was not associated with the signed-in account.
Deleting a Contract Terminal account does not automatically cancel any external subscription or purchase that may later be sold through an app store or payment processor.
No Trade or Fund Records
Contract Terminal does not provide brokerage services, custody, clearing, trade execution, or money-transfer services. The account-deletion flow does not close brokerage positions, cancel brokerage orders, withdraw funds, or affect any external brokerage account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher, to use Contract Terminal.
