Subscription Terms for Contract Terminal

Contract Terminal is operated by Precision Decision LLC. These Subscription Terms describe the current paid-access and entitlement behavior for Contract Terminal.
Current Implementation Status
As of this update, the reviewed app code supports account entitlement states, usage limits, free access, monthly-active access, lifetime-active access, expired access, revoked access, and refunded access.
The app currently displays paid tier options and lifetime access options, but the in-app purchase, restore-purchase, cancel-subscription, and lifetime-purchase controls are placeholders. They do not complete a payment, charge a payment method, cancel an external subscription, restore a purchase, or grant paid entitlement by themselves.
Free Access
The current free tier allows a limited number of analyses per week after sign-in. The reviewed app displays this as 5 analyses per week.
Precision Decision LLC may change free limits, included features, or access requirements prospectively.
Displayed Paid Tiers
The reviewed app displays subscription tiers and a lifetime-access option, including analysis limits and prices shown in the app interface. Displayed plans may include monthly and annual presentation modes, daily analysis limits, and a lifetime access option.
Displayed paid tiers are not active billing terms until an app store or payment processor purchase flow is enabled and presented to the user.
Purchases, Billing, Renewals, Cancellation, and Refunds
Because the app does not currently complete purchases or grant paid entitlement through the placeholder purchase buttons, there is no active in-app billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, or refund workflow implemented in the reviewed app code.
If paid subscriptions or purchases are enabled later through an app store or payment processor, the price, billing period, renewal behavior, cancellation method, refund process, tax treatment, and provider rules shown in the purchase flow or by that provider will govern the purchase. You should review those terms before purchasing.
Deleting a Contract Terminal account does not automatically cancel any external subscription or purchase that may later be sold through an app store or payment processor.
Entitlement Changes
Precision Decision LLC may revoke, expire, refund, or adjust entitlement states where needed to address account misuse, billing issues, refunds, fraud, operational errors, or other service-management needs.
Paid access, if enabled, may be limited by feature availability, data-provider availability, account status, source outages, app-store rules, payment-processor rules, and technical limitations.
No Investment Outcome
Free or paid access does not guarantee scanner availability, data availability, trading opportunities, investment results, profitability, accuracy, or suitability. Contract Terminal remains an informational research tool and does not provide brokerage, custody, clearing, trade execution, or personalized investment advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher, to use Contract Terminal.
Changes
Precision Decision LLC may change plans, prices, limits, included features, entitlement rules, or these Subscription Terms prospectively. Updated Subscription Terms will be posted with a new Last updated date.
